My last visit will be my LAST visit here. The $1400 I have spent annually at this business will now go to another vender. When I retrieved my daughter's car after being cleaned I noticed the black plastic fenders had an odd look to them. When I inquired to the attendant why they looked the way they did I was told it's just the look of the armoral that he used. Since this is the first time I've taken this vehicle for this type of service I thought it may be temporary until it drys. I noticed the next morning the fenders still looked funny. When I went back to the Craig Road Carwash, less than 24 hrs later I was told by a manager that the problem with the fenders is that a silver paint had been rubbed on them but this was not done by anyone at the carwash. When asked Why would anyone paint these and with a rag or cloth no less I was told "I don't know but we use water based products so we didn't do it".
I have been bringing my personal vehicle here for years. For the same manager that sees me almost weekly to not even explore the possibility this may have been caused by a reaction to a product they used was very disheartening
