The prices are extreme, the staff don't really care about issues. I had some great experiences with some of the Techs. I have to say a sign of a crappy company is when you cannot get to customer service to fix issues, however never an issue to get to the billing department! I was at a party and mentioned how expensive my cable bill is, they all said let us guess your with Cox! I think they need to realize that a their pricing is getting too high! I have been a loyal customer for decades and even i am thinking about leaving them.
