  • I have to admit I was feeling the stress of the recession this summer. I heard all of the hype about the economy but it hadn't really affected me until around May. Then SPLAT Uncle Sam squished me with his green palm and I was broke. So I had to let go of a TON of luxuries that I had been accustomed to. Like my up to $60 hair cuts depending on where I was trying out. So rather than risking a great clips screw up I decided to shag it up for a while. I braved the Arizona heat with a head full of hair.. and probably fried a few brain cells away, that's another story. So I finally got fed up with the look and needed a cut. My best friend had this cool fun stylist who used to work in Tempe and recently relocated to Chandler. Far from her ... lucky for me. My appointment was at 645. I thought this was later than usual, but I didn't have any plans and booked it. I met the infamous Chantel at the L'mage Studios complex which is hidden behind an Oasis Bedroom on Alma school North of Warner. Yes, folks its Chandler. La Bella Vida is room 116 and for $45 you can get one amazing cut. I have really thick hair which usually gets cut too short instead of thinned out. I didn't want to lose all of the growth I endured through my budget summer. Chantel was able to give me a style again without it being a buzz. If you need to get your hurrr did definitely call Chantel at La Bella Vida.
