  • This is some of the freshest & most delicious sushi I have ever had, and I have consumed a lot of sushi in my lifetime. The salmon nigiri was soft like butter & after consulting with the server confirmed that it was scottish which I wasn't surprised by considering the color & flavor of the fish. We also ordered pepperfin which was melt in your mouth amazing along with the shibuya roll and edamame for appetizers. In terms of atmosphere & service this place also takes the cake as well. We went in with a big party of 15 and were seated right away. We had dinner here on a night when there was a big boxing match at the MGM but it was about to start so perhaps that's why they weren't too busy. Anyway, all of our food was out in a timely manner & the server was very attentive. The place also feels very vogue with the low lighting, vaulted ceilings and long sleek tables. For dress code I would say business casual definitely works although more to the business end of that definition. All in all this place was awesome & definitely somewhere I need to stop in to on all future trips to Vegas.
