  • Let me start off by saying that it is indeed $10/month, for all of you who are wondering. But of course, there's just a slight catch: a registration fee of $129. While that sounds pretty hefty and you probably won't find such a steep sign up cost anywhere else, I still won't say one can complain. I'll first outline their cost structure: - $129 registration - Option A: $10 a month going forward. This gives access to the cardio and weights room (which pretty much means everything from squat racks to benches to dumbbells), lockers, showers and the other basic amenities. - Option B: $20 a month. This gives access to everything that Option A does, including their cross fit/functional room, tanning rooms, massage rooms and also (and this is probably why I will upgrade to this plan if/when I do) unlimited +1 guest passes, given that the guest enters and leaves with you, which of course isn't a problem. You also get bottled water and gatorade at half price. - A $39.95 maintenance fee once a year, every year starting one year after you join. Not bad at all. Overall, including the registration fee and excluding the maintenance fee, the monthly cost for the $10 a month plan over a year comes to $20.75, which, let's be honest, is minimal for a gym - especially for one located in such a good area. When it comes to the look, it appears a bit shabby and small from the outside but that really is deceiving. Inside it's pretty spacious, three floors, very clean, new equipment. There are more than enough cardio machines, benches and squat racks - there's also a designated area for deadlifts. According to the staff (who, on the whole, seem pretty friendly) the gym has better timings than Goodlife. They also have a juice/shake bar at the entrance, which is always a nice thing to have. That should probably be enough information to get a feel of what the gym is like. Overall, it's a clean gym, has all the necessary equipment, has convenient hours, a good location and it's not expensive at all. Great deal.
