  • This Chipotle is extremely hit or miss! Sometimes I order from the app, pick up my food quickly, and enjoy. Other times, when I get t the store 5-10min after my order was supposed to be ready, they haven't even picked up the order to begin making it. When I wait in line, sometimes the workers are kind, quick, and accurate. Other times, they are rude, distracted, and really messy. It's sad because I've been to some amazing Chipotles in and around Pittsburgh and in other states. They have the potential to be amazing, but it seems like they don't care sometimes.
