  • Clear sign on the door that says "walk-ins welcome" but as soon as I walk in the door, the woman asks what I need done today and when I say "pedicure" she says "do you have an appointment? If not then we can't help you." Keep in mind this is at 2pm when they close at 5 so she could've just said what the wait was and let me decide if I was willing to wait. Terrible customer service and terrible way to run a business
