  • I've been several times & always forgot to write a review... It should get 5 stars because of the fantabulous mixology & 1/2 price wonderful steaks (during both happy hours, I usually end up after midnight,) but the service has ALWAYS been atrocious! If you sit at the bar, it's better, but I usually go with a group of people & we need a booth or table. It's always 15-30 minutes just for drinks & on top of that the waitstaff NEVER writes down orders, so something is ALWAYS wrong! Sometimes a drink is forgotten or the steaks are cooked wrong or the side item is wrong... It's always something & it's frustrating since you wait so long just to get these items, then forever again to get them corrected! They also never take anything off the bill to compensate you for all the trouble; it's just the way they do business. People just have to expect that & choose to go or not since it has such great drinks & food...
