  • We have lived here since April. So far not too much good. The grounds look great and the location is perfect and the staff is nice but that's where the good stops. If you plan on moving here don't live under someone. The floors are made of cardboard so every move upstairs is loud as hell below. You can hear every toilet flush, every shower, and every sink. Make sure if you need a garage you pester them about the info because they aren't too forth coming with it. People like to hang out right outside the windows of other people's apartments on weekend nights and chat the morning in. The appliances are aged so be ready for the occasional knob breaking repeatedly or water heater flooding your apartment. The little stuff adds up. The upstairs neighbors are the worst. was hoping it was the one set but two in a row is the beginning of a trend
