  • Went in on a day with possible rain in forecast which evidently gave them ok to schedule very little help, except for the staff standing around all over doing nothing. Too bad ownership is not on premise. There was only one car ahead of me, one car! and it took 40 minutes to get through. I just jumped in the car to leave and when I got home realized they left the back seats folded down, left all of the floor mats on the seats folded down and never put back. Car was not cleaned well as the windows still had bug stains on. I seem to have trouble finding good car washes anywhere. However, it only cost me $12.99 for this! :(
