  • "Is this a God damn? huhuh huhuh" I finally get to utilize one of my favorite lame quotes from a movie in a review. Beavis' famous saying also went through my head several times while we were visiting the Hoover Dam. My sweetie surprised me with a Hoover Dam tour to include an awesome bus ride and more... That bus ride alone was worth the cost of not having to drive. It became one of the many highlights during our Vegas trip. If you get the chance, do check it out. It's a breathtaking sight and a feat of awe-inspiring engineering, displaying the will of man to divert the flow of water raging through the Colorado River, long enough to erect such a massive structure. Walking across the dam with my love from Nevada to Arizona is pretty unique. How many times can you say you're in two different states at once? Great place for photo ops and memories that shall last you a lifetime. Go! Go! Go!
