Absolutely the worst car dealer we have ever been to. The dealer refused to negotiate at all on either the trade in or the vehicle being purchased. They also heavily under valued the trade in because of Kelly Blue Book tell them what the auction price was. Unfortunately since they omitted several vehicle features the price was low. They refused to update the features to update the trade in. Why you might ask? They said they were loosing too much on the used Genesis we were looking at - yet this was just the advertised price they had, nothing we asked for. They also told is the gift of $1500 for purchasing a vehicle is part of the trade on value. They also rely on trade in tax credit as incentive, but this is a state thing and is not a gift from them. They only pleaded about needing to feed their kids and complain about how long the car has been there and that nobody wants it. We wanted it you idiots! You wouldn't even budge $500 so Tariff (alleged sales manager) good luck with life. Selling luxury cars is about building relationships. Unfortunately you are nothing more than the slimy car dealer representative the world has grown to hate.
