  • We've only used TLC once but had a great experience. We were in a bind and Margie fit us in and made us feel very comfortable. She met with my husband for an introduction to all of our pets and was inquisitive, professional, thorough, friendly and immediately put him at ease. She was clear about what she needed from us to provide the best possible service (detailed information about our pets, etc.) and gave clear direction on how to get her what she needed. One of our pets is a very high-maintenance 41 year old parrot. The fact that my husband trusted TLC to watch him speaks volume. And our bird loved Margie and her upbeat attitude--he was rambling away to her in his parrot gibberish in no time. She provided updates when we were away and the few times I called or texted, she was available or responded promptly. She met and exceeded all of our expectations and we plan to use TLC again as a result. It's great to have someone you trust "on call" for those times when you might need your babies looked after. Thanks TLC!
