rev:text	I knocked off 2 stars here due to service and ambience. We were told that our wait time was going to be half an hour, however, that half hour turned into a 45 minute wait. Around the 30 minute mark, I asked the hostess how long it would take and she said that they're waiting for a table to clear out, but because they're just hanging out, we can't be seated. Soooo...you're telling me that that's the only three person table in the entire establishment? Very confusing, indeed. Finally when we were seated, the three of us couldn't believe how loud it was! My friend was sitting next to me (like, RIGHT next to me) and I couldn't hear a word she said to me, just bass. Lots and lots of bass. Thumping music would be fine if I were at a club, but I wanted to have a nice meal with some friends so the music was a bit excessive. I digress. I ordered the pot roast (my very first ever!) and it was very tasty. The meat was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor as was the beef gravy poured over top. The smashed potatoes that came along with the meal might well be one of the best potatoes I've ever had...super buttery and melted in your mouth. The service was kind, but incredibly slow. We waited probably close to 20 minutes for our food to come out, which was irksome since we had to wait a long time just to be seated. Bottom line: this place is pretty decent, however, I do find it to be pricey. The wait is long and the service is slow, although they are very nice. Go here if you want to just dig in, since conversation won't be happening over the blaring music.
