  • Today was my first visit after reading the favourable reviews. I wanted to see for myself. The breakfast sandwich was excellent, but my coffee was served to me after most of my sandwich was eaten. (Excellent coffee, by the way. ) I also love to read a newspaper while eating breakfast. Unfortunately, the only newspaper available was " La Presse", a huge newspaper that is twice the size of the small tables. A tabloid like the "Journal de Montreal" is much easier to read, which is why you find them in most restaurants. The decor is minimal, bare white walls, the tables are close together, but I will probably go back to try something else. Too bad they don't serve fresh fruit with their bagels and cream cheese.
