  • This was my second time going to Club One. My latest visit was for a charity event. I do not like that the downstairs is not open until the upstairs is full. It would be better if both levels are open at the same time instead of having people wait upstairs to finally open downstairs and see that there is nothing going on down there. It would be good customer service to allow people the choice to go downstairs or remain upstairs. This happened on both occasions. I would probably not go to Club One again.
