  • Definitely not the best place and it wasn't something to brag about, it's just OK. The pictures online make it look way better then it actually is. I think Amazing Jakes is better and worth the money! I wasn't expecting it to be an amazing jakes but I WAS expecting it NOT to be ghetto, right down to the manager! Just like some of the reviews said, there wasn't enough attendants to run all rides and one ride was not operational for the day. I personally think $16 for an all day wrist band is expensive because the rides are really not all that great for older kids plus that doesn't include games and the food is outrageous! Also when I ordered my food I didn't realize until after I paid that the counter person charged me for a extra drink that I never ordered. So went up to the counter to get my $2.25 back and they told me "We are terribly sorry but we can't do that but will make you something if you would like." Um why in the world wouldn't they give me my money back if it was THEIR fault?? So the manager came over and just took over the register to give me my money back, he basically said "We usually don't give money back but since I've had so many problems today already here you go." Seems to me the people running this place just really don't care and are unprofessional, this place could be better if it was cleaned up and better management. I definitely wouldn't go back. Oh and by the way I was actually thinking of having my kids birthday party here and am so glad I checked it out before we booked it.......way over priced for parties! This place is just not worth it.
