  • Poor service with lots of excuses. Appointments mean nothing but an excuse to send you to the end of the line with rebuttals such as 'appointment doesn't mean faster service', 'we shouldn't have taken the appointment', blah blah blah. After they take your car they reserve the right to treat you like crap. Find some place else.
