Still a shabby place but not in the shabby chic way ... along with the other issues the down elevator call button on the 10th floor had to be held the entire time or the elevator wouldn't stop on the floor. Was checking out next to gentleman who called 6 weeks ago and got the same room for the same dates for $80 a night?!?!? WTF?!?!? I think the furniture is the same that was there 10 years ago and the room had a noticeable "aroma" ... not that it stunk but it had an un-appreciable funk. Also for over $300 a night you DON"T GET WIFI?!?!?! Will never ever stay there ago nor at a sister property. Also food at Gilley's is terrible ... calling that BBQ is like calling microwave TV dinners fine dining.
