  • Totally incompetent and extremely unprofessional!!!! Two technicians came out on two separate days one replaced a part of my refrigerator that did not need replacing and so the refrigerator continued to not work, the second tech came out and argued with me that he didn't see anything wrong with it as I pointed out that my ice cream, which was in the freezer, was soft and half the food in the freezer thawed and my fresh fruits and veggies were frozen on the refrigerator side, also the ice maker was not making ice. This genius continued to argue and throw attitude!!! He left, said he fixed it and I should see ice cubes in 2 hours. yeah 6 hrs later no change at all!! I called him and he started YELLING at me. Thats right, yelling because it's my fault that he's a moron and can't do his job right. My landlord had to call another vendor, they came out next day and said the evaporator fan motor needed to be replaced amongst other parts, but that the refrigerator was indeed not working, no arguments!!!!!! WOW!!! no kidding!! The competent vendor is Buy Rite Appliance by the way. Stay away from the AC guys!!!
