Can't speak to the sales or other departments as my experience and review is strictly to the service department.
We were selling our Tacoma and the perspective buyer wanted an inspection done at a dealership before officially buying it. We selected Country Hills based purely on location but wasn't worried as we were confident no issues would be found as the truck had inspections done by our local mechanic before we had posted it. To our surprise, the inspection report came back saying that the frame was rusted all over and that it even had holes in it! Needless to say, we lost the sale and my credibility. We took the truck back to mechanic to confirm again he didn't find any rust (he had said the undercoating was flaking). I don't understand how there was that huge discrepancy in the inspection reports.
Anyways, we had a new buyer who brought his own mechanic and they both agreed that there were no rust or holes in the frame. Truck sold on the spot this week.
