  • I learned of this company through an advertisement on ToFixIt. Having always received great referrals from Angie's List I believed I would get a similar quality of contractor that I had experienced with Angie's List. So, on 2/27/2015 I called the company (True View Windows in Phoenix) and asked for a quote to remove a vanity mirror in a bathroom - 4' x 8' from the wall. This is a job which takes between 30 - 60 minutes by a professional. The telephone quote I receive was $395.00--they apparently calculate their price by the square inch of the mirror. I told the receptionist I thought that was very high and that I would like to speak with the owner as there was probably a mistake in their pricing. I was told the owner was out of town and couldn't be reached. Then I asked to speak with a Supervisor--of course none was available and I asked for a return phone call--one week later--still no response. Of course, any company can charge what they want but every company should at the very least return phone calls they commit to make. I gave them one star because there is nothing lower.
