  • I've been shopping at this Vons for 6 years, as it is the closest grocers to my home. They remodeled it a few years ago but it didn't make that much difference. It's still an old, small crowded store. I always liked the staff though. They were always so sweet, friendly and would remember my face. Now, it is a completely new crew working there. This batch is downright incompetent. I hate going into this store anymore. Plus, there are often beggars outside pestering you for handouts. This has become my "in-a-pinch" store. If you have a car, avoid this store at all costs.
