  • Just came back from Hawaii and flew Hawaiian Airlines. The planes were clean and the staff was great. My only issue was in Honolulu leaving... gate 33 is nothing more than an outpost!! The walk almost killed me as I am disabled and have a hard time walking. There was no announcement letting us know of a shuttle service so we walked a half mile or more to the gate only to see a shuttle arrive 10 minutes later. Need better info for people that have issues walking.
