| - I went to the shop on Washington in Phoenix, and ordered some cushions for our lounge chairs. We were given an estimate on when they would be ready, and the price was great. After that date there was no call. We called and left messages that weren't returned promptly, and when we finally talked to someone the cushions were delayed several times. I was going to give Patio Picasso 1 star, but decided to give them 3 stars. Because when we finally received our cushions, we discussed the poor service with the manager, who was receptive and apologized. We can understand delays happen, but not promptly calling back and keeping communications open was our main complaint. He also reduced our price and said he would talk to his team about the things we discussed. He was sincere, receptive to criticism, and polite in the end. I believe he understands the importance of customer service, and things will get better there. Even though we had some negative experiences here, I would still recommend them in the future.
