  • My HOA failed to force compliance on a structure that compromised my privacy. In my free appointment with Erin she very carefully explained to me that in my unique situation winning in court could cost me more than moving. She read ALL of the CCR documents. Found weaknesses in the contract that I could use without an attorney. She formed a plan for me to act on those contract weaknesses. She told me exactly what to do - no charge. When have you ever had an attorney do that for you? For me, never. I've had attorneys take thousands of dollars from me and do nothing but scheme with the opposing side on how to make the case larger and longer. So, I lost all faith in attorneys. Another attorney group told me about J. Roger Wood's office. They told me they were excellent attorneys and absolutely ethical. I was very, very skeptical. I thought they were just helping another attorney make money. Please contact me if you want to verify what I am saying here. I'll make arrangements to tell you this personally: These people were a godsend to me. They told me the facts so I could take the most cost effective action I need to get out of one of the most horrible situations I have ever been in. They did it for free.
