I see that there have been reviews from others since I initially wrote mine, so I thought it was worth updating, even though I haven't lived in Shaker Square Apartments in 4 years.
This still remains the absolute worst apartment/real estate company I have ever dealt with. Since I lived there I have lived in an apartment in Tremont which was so much better, and for the same price, I simply can't believe I ever lived in a Shaker Square Apartment.
I should also note that I did not receive my security deposit back, nor did I receive the proper documentation outlining the deductions to the security deposit. I was forced to contact the management company and threaten to sue them to receive any correspondence with them whatsoever.
I noticed that the property management team has posted their advertising photos, so I have attached some photos of my actual apartment, including the hole that was in my bathroom ceiling for 9 out of the 12 months I lived there. Please note that the bucket which was used to collect the falling water and debris in the picture was actually my bucket.
Just want anyone looking to rent from these people to be aware of what you should expect.
