  • I love this Starbucks and all the hard working staff, but today I ordered a light Chai tea latte, and it tasted and smelled sour. She remade it, they were packed, and it still smelled and tasted bad. This is not the first time I've received an expired product, but before it was a food item. I brought it to work, thinking I'm crazy and every one who smelled and tasted it thought the same. :( I always have looked forward to my Friday Starbucks, but I think I will be going somewhere else.
