My husband placed an order for a bouquet of chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered to our home less than ten minutes from the store. The strawberries arrived fine but were quite soggy. I politely called the store the same day and asked if I could bring them back and wait for a fresh replacement. I was then put on hold for a long time. Once I called back, I gave my information to Barbara, the front desk person and was promised a call back. I did not receive a call so I called the next day was told the owner knows of my request and was in the store but too busy to address my concerns. I was told it's been really busy....a few days before a holiday so I understand but a good business owner should never be too busy to address a dissatisfied customer. I wasn't given a time frame for the return call just simply, she's knows about you and will call you. I had to call back to request a call back nefore 3pm. So to date, I have a bouquet of soggy strawberries and poor customer service for my Valentine's! #nothappy
