  • My girlfriends and I were seeking a place for a lite dinner after gorging on a buffet earlier in the day. La Cave seemed to fit the bill as it is a cute little tapas place, in the Wynn, where we had just attended a show. As we did not have a reservation, we waited about ten minutes before we were seated. I ordered the salt roasted beets, with whipped goat cheese and pistachio, which was delicious, and the potatoes, which never arrived. One of my girlfriends ordered the Chorizo, Italian & Andouille Sausage Flatbread, and luckily, she did not finish it, so I filled up the empty place in my tummy that was craving potatoes with the tasty flatbread. We had a few drinks and enjoyed the dark atmosphere, service was a-ok.
