  • Hilton grand vacation Elara, I will give you two stars not because anything is particularly bad but because this is a hotel completely out of touch with people in the year 2016. I can control the window shades with a switch on the wall, yet there are no outlets near the bed. I can control the window shades with the an option in the tv yet there are no outlets near the bed. There is elaborate lighting around the headboard. But I cannot plug in my phone next to the bed. There are four lit light switches next to the bed that control the elaborate lights around the head board. I cannot plug in my phone next to the bed. There is a telephone in the bathroom next to the toilet. But I can't plug my phone in to charge it while it sits on the night stand. I can sit on the toilet and call the ghost busters but I can't plug my phone in to charge it while it sits on the night stand. However... Since I am not the type to be easily discouraged I dismantled the night stand and found and outlet behind it left over from before you remodeled. You get two stars not because you are bad but because not every one travels with the selection of tools that I do. Outlets to charge my gadgets are more important than toilet phones!
