  • There are so many other options at the same price. The customer service policies are terrible! I was asked to provide a receipt that I filled up the gas tank with in 10 miles of the rental shop, so lame...total push policy to make me buy their gas option. Made me feel like I was more a cheat than a valued money source. I have great comprehensive insurance...it was a 5 minute shake down on everything that could go wrong with the car and all the hassle it would be to use my coverage. On top of that they informed me I will have to pay for the car rental until they get it out of service, if my rental company was covering any minor or major accident repairs....repair is at their discretion. I have rented from all the other companies, and never write bad reviews on anything...but this company's policies have issues, I really think it goes beyond the attendant.
