  • It was my second massage here and I had the same experience twice. Both times the therapist left the massage to deal with a customer who had walked in. I had paid for the time and it was unacceptable not only that there were two interruptions but that she left the door adjar so she could keep an eye on the front door. The time was not made up to me either. When I presented a $5 coupon I had with my credit card, she still charged me full price and told me she'd me I could save it for next time. I insisted on her honoring the coupon and she finally relented because it was "Father's day" Really? The massage itself was fine but get someone to watch the front door and honor a coupon if you issued it.
