  • If I could give -5 stars. I would. This company is full of untrustworthy people. In the 2 month process of getting an estimate finalized, two employees we were setup with were suspended/fired. And this occurred when working directly with the owner, his recommendations were bad....Since declining to do business with this company we have been harassed with phone calls from multiple people and continuous emails with contracts to sign. We were referred to this company by a plumber and this was such a bad mistake we will not accept referrals from other companies ever again and stick to our own research. If we would have checked here first, we could have avoided this mess. They want 70% of the money before doing any work...that is unacceptable for a company to ask for especially when they know money has been provided by the insurance company, whose to say one of those fired employees dont run off with my money. We had such a terrible experience that we didnt even want to take the risk of hiring a different company, we lost all trust and have done the work ourselves. Listen to all of these people, this company is not organized and just want your money and dont give a f***
