  • If you want bad service by all means go here. They are so unprofessional, don't return phone calls, hang up on you, get transferred a million times. Travis would give us the run around over & over and if it wasn't such a hassle I would of went to another dealership but we'd be starting all over again. Then you make an appointment and your vehicle will be sitting there for like 10 day-this was to replace an evaporator that I made an appointment for! I had to contact Chrysler Corp myself-a great service advisor would of taken care of this. I was the one that had to keep contacting everyone to get my Patriot fixed. We will for now on drive out of our way to get vehicle serviced. Also, Travis likes to talk to you like your a moron and you don't know what your talking about. He's a terrible liar. Chrysler Corp did goodwill warranty since my problem occurred when it was under warranty and we brought it like 4x prior-My vehicle was in each time like 4 days each time and NOTHING was getting done!!!
