  • I have read the Yelp reviews for this office and I am a little confused. I have been a patient of Dr. Zak's for 13 years. I have seen many staff changes that are for the better. The office staff is helpful and kind. Dr. Zak and Dr. Newton assisted in my pregnancy and delivery. I feel very comfortable talking with the doctors about any issue I may have. At times the office staff may appear to be abrasive, however, it is usually when they are really busy. My biggest complaint about this office is the wait. It usually takes a minimum of an hour to complete the entire appointment. I would also like it if they had more afternoon appointments available.
