  • I asked the lady, I beleive her name was Shelby, to lighten my hair to fix my hair after i had dyed it and it came out darker than I wanted. Not only did she have a condescending attitude towards me the whole time I left in tears with my hair looking EXACTLY THE SAME as what I went in there with to get fixed and got charged upwards of $150 to have that done. Guess what she tells me: "well, there wasn't much I could do since you didn't want to spend too much money." I would think $150 would be more than enough to lighten hair considering I went to Sally's afterward, again, in tears, and bought lightener that worked for a couple bucks. I absolutely did not like this place.
