  • Why does location only have one teller working!!! I'm here 2-4 times per week, every week I have to wait for the one teller for my business deposit! It's absolutely ridiculous!!! I understand that banks want their customers to migrate to automated systems, but what about your business clients like me!! People continue to complain and continue to come into your local branches! Every time a person starts using online deposit and atm deposit, a teller is eliminated!!! It's bad enough that most banks are going to universal positions eliminating 30-50% of the branch workforce!!! By the way bofa jazmin does a great job, especially since she's the only consistent teller working!!!
