First Experience:
Extremely rude. The manager is one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. So is also completely proactive in covering up her tracks when she provides horrible customer service and makes mistakes costing the customers time and money. I rented a Uhaul to move some things from my apartment to this facility and the code they gave me did not work and the office was closed. So I had to park my uhaul out front of their building and leave it there for the next day. I call and then the lady starts off defensive and using her tone of voice to minimize all of my problems I have with this place. That is not even the worst part! She then calls the uhaul place to tell them that I hung up on her and she tried contacting me! Also telling them I was unresponsive. This is honestly one of the WORST customer service experiences I have ever had and I am currently looking to speak to the owners or regional manager about how this lady went out of her way to cover her tracks and LIE to the uhaul place so as not to be responsible for the extra day I am having to pay because they did not activate my code to get in.

Second Experience: Originally rated 1 star. Now reviewed at 3 after speaking with them again.
After having such a bad phone experience I later went down there in person and spoke to presumably the same person I spoke with over the phone. Our second encounter was surprisingly pleasant. She credited me with a discount to make up for what I had to pay the Uhaul place for another day of renting. But more than the discount she accepted fault and apologized, which is what I really just wanted to hear after wasting my time and the time of several of my friends who helped me with my moving. Her apology did seem to be very sincere and was hopefully not influenced by seeing my first review or the threat of higher management.
