  • Went in today as a walk-in for a manicure and a pedicure. Was greeted by Gina. Gina proceeded to do the pedicure/ manicure as if it was her first time giving professional service. Very poor service ended cutting my finger near the nail causing it to bleed. She laughed and made no attempt to say she was sorry. Trimmed nails too short and wanted to known if I wanted the other nails longer...You got to be kidding me. Maybe she was just having a off day. Will not use Gina in the future.
