  • As everyone says it is a little busy spot, but of course it would be. There isn't another worthwhile espresso place nearby so people all come here for their morning runs; lots of realtors and service business owners run their quick client coffee stops here, Uni folks and self-employees people likes to work here; kids all gotta get their hot chocolate or frap fix of the day after school; neighbors taking a stroll and grabbing a drink while they are at it. In winter it's my cozy working option, and in summer it's just so chill to sit outside and people watch. Staff could use a more genuine attitude, but they come and go at most Sbux anyhow.
