I was very disappointed when I called to set up an appointment for my son (he would have been a new patient). The receptionist did not give me the chance to talk nor did she listen to me before transfering me to a nurse. When I spoke with the nurse she did the same thing and cut me off by telling me she couldn't talk to me and proceeded to interrupt me again by transfering me to another person. After being rudely interrupted twice I automatically hung up because I believe if they are not polite on the phone then I can't see it getting any better in the future!
