Elly's is alright. It's pretty much a paint-by-numbers 'hip brunch chain' but, at least when we visited, they're on their game. They have a large menu that includes skillets, omelettes, french toast/waffles/pancakes, and breakfast sandwiches as well as a few eggs benedict plates. We ordered the steak and mushroom skillet and a morning sunrise omelette. I liked that you can get pancakes instead of toast (we did) and all the food was really up to par.
