  • Service is terrible. Called 5 times and left a message with no return call. They said they were busy. Called Dec 2, 2016 and earliest appointment for winter tire change is Dec 13, 2016.. Excuse they give: "We are a the limit of how many appointments we can book in one day and the first available is December 13, 2016". Talked to a long term Service Advisor there named John and he was the most dismissive individual I have heard. Someone who just wants to follow corporate policy and not go above and beyond in terms of customer service. Avoid this place if possible.
