  • Andy Griffin, our inspector, was referred to us by our real estate agent. My husband and I are first time home buyers and we were extremely nervous about how the inspection was going to go. Andy was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, on time (early actually, he was there before we were) and extremely thorough. He made the entire experience exciting for us and didn't make us feel like any of our questions were stupid (mine). I highly recommend his service and will definitely use him in the future!
