  • Worst customer service of all time. As a previous employee for over 5 yrs. I was shocked how I was treated. First off I went to buy a iPad mini and had worked there for so long I always saw value in the black tie. Well unfortunately I was never asked if I wanted it. Also was not asked about financing or reward zone card. The employee was more interested in laughing with coworkers. The employee number was 980262 the other employee did not get his name he was not wearing a badge. Both were acting very cocky and rude. I will never shop this store again. The sad thing is I moved from San Diego and this was the store I wanted to xfer to. Sorry best buy but you guys are going down hill
