First let me say that my Salmon with shrimp risotto and crispy shallots was amazing! It was caramelized with a maple glaze that was sweet and delicate and added the perfect touch of flavor. I thought it was large for a lunch portion but better too much than not enough.
My waiter was Kaleb. He was very friendly and attentive. Well, as attentive as he needed to be for a table of one. I'm pretty low maintenance.
I definitely recommend eating here! Food, atmosphere and location were perfect. It helped that I was staying at the Sheraton Grand which happens to be adjacent to District. And I opted to go green and give the maids a break from cleaning my room. That earned me a $5 daily credit that I used to pay for lunch. I DID tip my waiter on the pre-coupon total. Never forget to tip your wait staff. They work hard for their money.
Oh yeah, and I'm coming back for dinner tonight with my girl friends. The Pretzel Fondue is calling my name.
