Parked here at 5:03 and had dinner with friends, got my ticket validated for 3 hour parking. When I arrived at the exit gate there were many cars in front of me. The person directly in front of me and the attendant were chatty. When I pulled up, he said I was a minute too late and I needed to pay $3.00!!!! One minute?! Because there was a line of cars and he was chatty?!?! I asked for the managers number which conveniently was a nonworking number. I argued this point with him and eventually paid the fee ... 3 min late. Such BS. I'll be writing corporate. Not because of the $3.00 but because of the point (how one should treat their customers) and I want a refund.
