  • Ok long story short, I lived here back in 06' when I first moved to AZ. It has always been a quiet and safe community. A lot of the negative reviews are from when a different company owned and managed the property. By my count there have been three different management companies in the last 11 years. The current management company (P.B. Bell) is the best out of any property management company I've dealt with. (This is my 5th apartment and 5th property management company). For the last 5 years I owned a home in Maricopa, I decided to move back to Chandler. I became frustrated with the housing market in Chandler and decided to rent for a year. I was extremely apprehensive about going back to apartment living. I toured six or seven different properties in Chandler. I couldn't get Lakeside out of my head. The office staff was so welcoming and genuinely nice. Sure there are shinier newer apartments for a couple hundred more per month but I didn't find staff that bestowed confidence anywhere else I went. So I sign my lease and move in. I had a punch list for maintenance of just little things here and there. Get this, they started working on them that day, and my list was completed in less than 48 hours! The true caliber of this staff shows when something goes wrong they really step up and make it right. To me that is way more important than stainless steel appliances. Everyone, and I mean everyone here from the property manager to the maintenance team are fantastic at what they do. On a side note I though I would hate the stackable washer and dryer, but I actually really like them, it gets laundry done faster than my old full size set. I'm so glad I picked this community over others I was considering!
