  • Well Patricia, is about the rudest business person I have ever encountered grew out my brows for a month before my appt. It was a summer day about 110 degrees. She did not tell me she was in the Bread Building so it took me 45 minutes of driving up and down Charleston to only be greeted by a foreign witch.All she wanted was money. I gave her 40.00 dollars for being late and then walked out.You cannot talk to this woman because she doesn't take a breathe.Totally unprofessional. She doesn't deserve my business
